Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking authentic oriental dishes to a high standard

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain high kitchen hygiene and follow food safety regulations

• May occasionally be required to undertake back of house and front of house duties in line with business requirements
